- Fill out a new namecard if you don’t have yours, and introduce yourself to your team
- Establish team norms
- Do E15 then work on P15!

Median: 38, mean ≈ 39, standard deviation ≈ 11.
Midterm wrapper: you can earn a little extra credit for an anlysis/reflection on your midterm exam
Your final exam score will replace your midterm exam score if it’s better.
